Our Afternoon Shift Maintenance Fitter keeps our automated vegetable processing and packing lines running at their best by installing, optimising and fault-finding equipment across the workshop, packing shed and paddock. You’ll bring a mechanical trade (dual trade or restricted electrical licence a bonus), 5+ years’ experience with food processing or a similar environment, and confident TIG welding on stainless steel.

Help us build something BIG! We’re building an Australian-first bioenergy facility, and we need an experienced telehandler to safely unload equipment from containers and assist with installation. You’ll have a current Construction Induction White Card and your Telehandler ticket/licence.

We’re looking for someone with experience on large-scale construction sites who is available six days.

Lead end-to-end processing and packing operations, ideal for an experienced production leader with a background in food manufacturing, FMCG or agribusiness. Focus on safety, food quality, productivity and profitability.

Operate harvest machinery and trucks to bring produce from paddock to the packing shed, handling routine maintenance and troubleshooting along the way. You’ll need a minimum HR licence (HC preferred) and on-the-job training can be provided for the harvesters. Experience with Oxbo machines highly regarded. We harvest green beans and sweet corn 12-months of the year in two locations – Bowen & Ayr in North Queensland during winter and Kalbar & Tent Hill over summer.

This commercial-focused role will work closely with our Head of Finance across month-end reporting, reconciliations, compliance and business improvement initiatives. You’ll need tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, along with solid experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger processing.

Apply fertilisers and other ag inputs safely and accurately across our farming operations in Bowen in North Queensland to support crop health outcomes. You’ll operate and calibrate spray rigs and tractors, maintain compliance records, and flag crop and equipment issues as they arise. You’ll need 2+ years’ experience, AQF3 Chemical Accreditation and a current Driver’s Licence to apply.

Keep our Kalbar vegetable processing facility running smoothly, loading and unloading fresh produce to keep pace with a fast-moving production line. You’ll need a current LF licence and high-reach experience in a warehouse environment would be advantageous.

Operate heavy earthmoving machinery, including dozers, scrapers, rollers, and tractors for a major construction project with a modern fleet. A great opportunity for reliable, safety-focused operators looking to grow their tickets and skills on the job.
